DR. MENDY MACCABEE, MD · FACS, FAAOADr. Mendy
Maccabee.
An Oregon native, Dr. Mendy Maccabee was born in Coos Bay. She attended the Honors College at Washington State University, earned her medical degree at the University of Washington, and completed a five-year ENT residency at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland.
She then completed additional fellowship training in rhinology at the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand, before beginning her Hood River practice in 2004.
A mother of three, equestrian, and outdoorswoman, Dr. Mendy understands the lives and landscapes of the Gorge on a personal level. Her approach is individualized, patient-centered, and grounded in genuine connection.

Dr. Julia
Brennan.
Dr. Julia Brennan is a fellowship-trained facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon with a background in ENT head and neck surgery. She combines expertise in reconstructive and cosmetic procedures with a compassionate approach to patient care.
She earned her M.D. with honors from the University of Michigan Medical School where she also completed a prestigious NIH-funded research fellowship. She has published numerous peer-reviewed studies that have helped advance the field of head and neck surgery.
Dr. Brennan pursued residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, the number one ranked program in the country. Afterwards, she completed a subspecialized fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Northwestern University in Chicago. This advanced training allowed her to refine her skills in facial plastic surgery under global leaders in the field.
